Talking WoSo supports social media boycott

Talking WoSo joins social media boycott in a bid to combat online abuse and discrimination.

Talking WoSo will unite with the rest of the football family (FA, Premier League, EFL, FA Women’s Super League, FA Women’s Championship, PFA, LMA, PGMOL, Kick It Out, the FSA, fans, and other online platforms) against the abhorrent and unacceptable abuse received online by players and many others connected to football.

We believe in equality for all, and therefore, that it is our social responsibility to come together with the rest of English football and take a stand against online discrimination; carrying the message that enough is enough and urging social media companies to do more to eradicate online hate.

The boycott is set to take place from 15.00 on Friday 30 April to 23.59 on Monday 3 May. We encourage everyone to join us, and together, we might begin to make a difference.

Enough is enough.
